We are seeking a creative and talented media, communications or business graduate, who is keen to develop a career in communications and events management.

The successful candidate will support marketing communications and events management. He/she will play a key role in supporting NAMIC on events organization and communications activities. The successful candidate will

1. Support day-to-day work of the ecosystem development team to deliver a high quality and responsive service.

2. Work closely with teams across the organisation to curate and deliver content for communications channels including the NAMIC website, articles, social media and newsletters

3. Help to plan and schedule content for the corporate social media account.

4. Support the production of digital, video and print publications for NAMIC’s Events and Initiatives including AM Business Directory and AM Careers@SG.

5. Support to coordinate marketing activities across all channels for various events.

6. Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content with strong keywords for NAMIC’s initiatives.

7. Create and manage detailed marketing analysis and report in different format (Spreadsheets, Presentations and Dashboards) using Google Analytics and available data sources.

The candidate will be reporting to the Head – Ecosystem and Internationalization Office, towards meeting the key performance indicators for NAMIC. He/she may, at the discretion of the CEO or Head of Ecosystem, partner with internal and external stakeholders across the university hubs, economic agencies (ESG, EDB, A*Star, others) respectively, to support workshops, events and public initiatives in additive manufacturing specific to the sectors. The candidate will be an effective team-player, striving to do what is right in the big picture.  He or she will be a key contributor to grow the additive manufacturing eco-system in Singapore.

·         At least 3 years working experience in the service, media or events industry.

·         Experience coordinating events and conferences will be a plus.

·         Experience working in an R&D, Technology, and/or Operations environment would be a big plus.

·         Good organization skills, motivated, self-starter with ability to perform duties independently.

·         Excellent English writing skills.

·         Fluent in English and a second language of choice.

·         High integrity, balanced self-starter, great due diligence.

·         Experience with keywords planning or SEO/ SEM will be a plus.

·         Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The events organized by NAMIC includes its flagship global AM summit, AM trade shows and several technical workshops. NAMIC also contributes articles in newspapers, publications and social media. The candidate will also partner with the various NAMIC teams to curate content for its e-newsletters and white papers.

Minimally a good diploma in relevant fields such as communications, media, events management or marketing.
