The Position and Description

MolyWorks Materials is a tech company that disrupts the metal industry by providing eco-friendly and high-quality metal powders for the Additive Manufacturing (“AM”) industry. We are building a foundry in Singapore and rapidly expanding our business in the APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the local equipment, including the initial setup. He/she will also support the Technical Director and Engineers in achieving best-in-class yield, cost, quality, and availability. Some of the key job responsibilities include:

· Support the day-to-day facility and machine operation of the equipment.

· Be part of the facility setup, machine installation, and commissioning, including setting up the standard operating procedures (SOP), process specifications, production control plan, etc.

· Involved in process and material issue troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

· Support plant preventive and maintenance procedures.

· Support the engineers to ensure compliance to audits, Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), and other relevant industry standards.

· Perform troubleshooting and repair work on machine to minimize equipment downtime.

· Implement corrective and preventive actions as part of the continuous improvement efforts.

· Provide feedback for process, output, and yield improvements.

· Support other operational matters.
