Roles & Responsibilities
The Position and Description
The successful candidate will lead the powder sales focusing on non-AM (additive manufacturing) applications in Asia. He/she will also support the CEO and Technical Director in building new business leads/pipelines and forging strategic partnerships with local and overseas customers. The candidate may be based in Singapore or other countries in Asia.
Some of the key job responsibilities include:
· Lead the efforts of the regional sales for non-AM (additive manufacturing) applications such as laser cladding, MIM, and HIP.
· Execute sales strategy to drive revenue, orders, and expand the company’s customer base in Asia.
· Manage sales pipeline and lead the full sales cycle by reaching out to customers, assessing and building the relationship, performing sales presentations, and closing the deal.
· Build strong customer-centric relationships by understanding their business needs and maintaining close engagement/relationship.
· Work with distributors/channel partners to develop sales plans and identify new business opportunities in Asia.
· Proactively identify and pursue new business and sales opportunities in different regions.
· Support the events and marketing initiatives.
